The role of sex of Asian women in Western media is very different from reality. Like smoking a cigarette after sex in the old movies. They can't show climax on the family TV. So the cigarette is a pure movie prop to signal a climax. That's all in the media, not in real life. |
There is no help for this conversation or your loaded statements. Best of luck PP. There's nothing left for me to say except repetition. |
This is true. |
Because it’s always mental health when the shooter is white. You know, he was just having a bad day. Excuses were being made for him BY LAW ENFORCEMENT. And minorities are tired of it.
Newsflash - it can be both. He can be mentally ill, and racist. |
Newsflash. If you actually knew how badly mental health issues affect the black community, you yourself would be saying it's a mental health issue for every black suspect or victim and at least half the time you'd be right. |
This trashbag was clearly an incel who snapped after he didn't get a "happy ending". The racism cames in when you consider the fact incels tend to fetishize asian women. |
Under Georgia law, protected categories include race, gender, religion and national origin.
The killer told investigators that he had a sex addiction and that he saw the spas as a "temptation he wanted to eliminate." The killer can still be charged under the hate crime law. If he had targeted women to eliminate his sexual addiction, gender is one of the protected classes. |
I'm sorry you fell for fake news. The police officer was relaying what the murderer said. That wasn't the officer's assessment. Big difference. |
If he is charged with hating women but not hating Asians, a lot of people will cry foul. |
The cop's professional assessment is that the dude was just having another "bad day" at the office. |
Not sure if the penalty is different. It's the same hate law. No one wants this guy out near their wives or daughters for a long, long time. |
Exactly. People are making a big deal of that, but it's simply a quote and nobody thinks that's any kind of excuse. |
I don't think the penalty really matters. It will be be something like 8 life sentences or the death penalty. |
Really. I find hard to believe that any police officer could make such an assessment and even harder to believe that anyone believes it. You don't believe it, what makes you think anybody else does? |
I work with a lot of people in law enforcement. They are consummate professionals. If the elements aren't there, they'll drop it. If one law doesn't apply, another one may apply. But it's never personal. If there's no crime, the case gets dropped. If someone did the crime, s/he will do the time. |
