| Agree that it should have happened by the Megills and Cabell would never let it happen. Could have had a killer team and split the profits, but looks like it'll be two average teams and they get to keep what they each can make. They win...kids lose. |

Kids don't lose. Black Ops is not just for WSYL. It will continue into high School as a 2026 team for National Events. Also, Covid allowing, Black Ops U13 will be coached by one of the best High School lax coaches in the country for WSYL. Not sure how all that is "losing". |

When the rosters are set and that won't be until February after the 2nd round of tryouts. |

agreed, roster won't be out there until after final tryouts and acceptances are locked in.
also agree that there isn't any suggestion that ML and BO will combine forces on this years event. They are already having tryouts and have invites out. However, also agree, it would be a great showing if they could form a "best of the best" team in future years. Would just be great to challenge the Long Islands and Baltimore's with a DC suburban team! There are definite talented young men on all these clubs! "second hand" sounds like DCE is dominating the early invites at U14. Good luck to all who try out and good luck in the events next year! |

There were not many NL players at the U14 tryouts, and lots of DCE, so that makes sense! |
