DP... Your own article link talks about apprehensions and expulsions. PP makes a valid point in that if we had "open borders" then neither apprehensions nor expulsions would be happening. Border Patrol would be doing NOTHING. Open means open. If apprehensions and expulsions are happening then the border is clearly not open. There are billions of people in this world who are decent people living in difficult economic conditions. We cannot absorb them all nor should we. The fact that we are importing millions of poor people is going to have effects on the economy for years to come that will mostly negatively impact the working class and poorer Americans. I don’t know how insulated you are, and maybe that’s why you are able to keep trotting out that “you don’t see them as human” tired platitude. Get your head out of the sand.

If by not voting that means Trump wins, then by default you have enabled his win. So it means you have decided it is worse to have Biden in office than Trump. Even tho Trump objectively is more anti-Palestinian, among other terrible things that will affect Americans on an everyday level, like abortion restrictions.
