| the question is, do these schools still believe there is an advantage to an "all Girls education" they continue to market it. |
It's not an either/or situation, you know. Again, what gives with trying to dumb down the complexity of this issue? |
I do agree. If they want hormones as an adult that is their decision with the help of a certified doctor. Parents who “help” their child in this way are harmful and naïve. Some teens experiment and then decide they are actually the gender the were born as. |
| If someone with an XY chromosome and a penis can call themself a "girl", then words have lost all meaning. |
Yet another slippery slope argument. |
It’s not, because that’s literally where we are today. |
The transitioning student I knew was NOT treated particularly well by admin or students. |
There’s always a malcontent; Maret is the place for Trans. |

If a student can declare themselves “Gender Fluid” would it then be possible to be “Race Fluid?” Is it possible to be white or black and just feel as if you were born the wrong color and therefore declare yourself another race?
If you’re having a strong reaction to that statement it means that you view it as politically motivated and not the least bit grounded in science. If you say “No” then you have to discredit “Gender Fluidity” because gender/sex is an actual biological construct easily proved by science while race is more arbitrary and sociologically determined. |

“Historically Girls Schools inviting applicants with consistent female identities.”
|
Interesting. |
Of course. You can be race fluid. Especially in college admissions! |
Google “Rachel Dolezal” and see how her declaring herself Black worked out for her. Bu yes, to be consistent, if we need to accept someone’s psychologized view of their own gender, we need to extend that to other areas of their genetic makeup as well. Because you wouldn’t want to offend. |
This is very interesting. Especially since so many have a variety of "races" in their family histories. |
|
Rachael Dolezal lied about her previous bout of Caucasianism to gain an advantage in the workplace. I’m speaking about an individual who previously and openly identified as a member of a particular race and then became another race without concealing their past identification.
