| Her parents know exactly what happened and waited two weeks because they are trying to blame her suicide on him. |
There is this thing is common between this thread about the California hiker thread. In both, some people really want to blame the woman. |
| What percentage of these crimes are committed by the boyfriend/husband? Oh wait, it’s like 95%. |

Would this be a topic if she wasn’t white and f’able?
There are tons of brown girls getting shot, killed daily. This is kind a nothing burger no? |
Yes, I think it would be a topic, though I know that white girl stories typically get more attention. This one is also #vanlife and a mystery. |

This vaguely reminds me of that story from not too long ago, about a girlfriend that goes missing from her boyfriend’s boat in the Virgin Islands. Iirc, she went missing in the middle of the night. I haven’t caught up with that story in a while and have no idea if they ever figured out what happened to that woman. But I remember the article mentioned the boyfriend acting similar to this one. No sense of urgency about reporting his missing significant other. Last person to see and be with her. Not exactly going out of his way to help authorities find the woman or find out what happened to her.
I don’t understand how people like this can live with themselves. |
If she killed herself there would be evidence to exonerate him. He should just say so. |
Please post a mystery, we will discuss |
Yep, I remember that one. Its an American with a British girlfriend. As a I recall he refused to speak to the police.

I would never trust a guy who looked like this character. He's way too precious. |
| Just watched the video. To me, Gaby looks like she is going though PTSD. Something much bigger than a "normal couple fight" had happened. For sure. |
Also, the initial officer had the right kind of intuition in Gaby's case. But the the officer with the beard persuaded that it was nothing serious. |
| Super weird. I wonder if he abandoned her somewhere, or if he killed her. |
Sigh. I’d like to jump on their case too. Post details! I didn’t look at pics of her and only read the news articles to get hooked. |

It's amazing to me that anyone can watch that bodycam footage and think that Brian seems innocent. The guy is lying his ass off. The cop is asking questions like "what happened" and Brian is like, "well, we got up this morning and organized stuff and worked, and went to the coffee shop between this time and that time..."
^ this is what evasion looks like. When you just got pulled over by the cops who had to chase you down and your partner is crying hysterically, a truthful answer to that question wouldn't include mundane details of your morning. That's a classic hallmark of a lie- he's trying to throw in insignificant details in order to not go over the real issue. By contrast, she answers everything directly. And, in doing so, we can see that Brian is lying when he claimed that Gabby grabbed the steering wheel and hit the curb. He claims it's her fault. Gabby claims to be at fault for literally everything but when the cop asks her, hey did you grab the steering wheel, she looks confused and says no, and then clarifies what he is asking and gives a stronger no. He's lying. He's the abuser. |
