The audio of AH telling JD to stop running to the bathroom and hiding when they have an argument or AH telling JD to that he's being a baby because she hit him, she didn't punch him, and the other audio tapes of her do not lend themselves to the above for me.

FWIW after watching the trial I think BOTH JD and AH have been abusive in varied ways and I think BOTH could benefit from therapy.

Me too! I hope regardless of the defamation or no defamation decision, the jury doesn't award either of them more than $1.

Relevant because it shows that he was still threatening her despite the restraining order and divorce filing. It confirms her testimony that he wouldn’t move on, he is vengeful, promised he’d ruin her, and she feared he would kill her. "I knew I wouldn't survive. I was so scared that it was going to end really badly for me. I believe he would have taken it too far and I wouldn't be here."

You're not talking about the text messages we are referencing here from Feb 2017. These texts do not mention Heard.
