She wants an FBI investigation.
He does not.

She wants Judge under oath.
He doesn’t.

Coke and GoFundMe got good product placement though. And At a Glance needs to look into the emotional angle in its next ad campaign.

He even lied about having watched Dr. Ford's testimony.

He is a pathological liar.

At the same time Feinstein sitting on the letter for weeks is atrocious. Releasing it after the hearings had already taken place should be a crime. They had plenty of time to investigate it without giving out Ford's name. Sure it could have been leaked but we would have avoided this fiasco. Why not have them both take polygraph tests? Yes, they are not 100% reliable but this is he said, she said with two very credible people. Someone is lying or someone is mistaken.

Geez, she did not sit on the letter for THAT long. This guy should not be confirmed. Enough already, people. Find another conservative judge.

Flake's a flake. This guy's going to get confirmed. Sigh.

The question is if Flake or Collins or anyone else is going to be willing to join her.

If Flake seriously want to take Trump on in 2020, then he should vote no.

It's not all about Trump. The GOP base wants this guy. If Flake votes "no," it means that he is retiring from politics.

It seems like many people (both republican and Democrat) found her to be a credible witness. Many of the republicans seem to think he did a pretty good job defending himself. So basically it comes to this - republicans believe Dr. Ford but still think it is ok to confirm him because his crime wasn’t heinous enough to preclude a seat on the Supreme Court.

Yep. Sorry, but I will be surprised if he doesn't get confirmed.

This was the tweet from Ballhaus of the WSJ:

An aide to Kavanaugh said earlier today he was watching Ford’s testimony. Kavanaugh said later today that he planned to do so, but didn’t because “I was preparing mine.”

Hosting interns is not a strong tie, and there is no "etc."

It means she has a guest room! That is it.

She has a $3 million house in Palo Alto. That’s basic. She may need the rent to pay the mortgage or for the renovations or for the couples counseling she needed after the renovations.
