She did a polygraph. He won’t. |
One Thumbs down from Flake kills this whole thing. |
I thought the FBI already considered it for investigation and said no. |
That calendar is worthless. The activities recorded are events coming up. Who writes down events that happened spontaneously after the fact? Especially if you remember trying to assault a girl. Because you know he does. And he’s scared of the FBI and Mike Judge. |
and "HER EMAILS!" |
Yup. Not proud of YLS right now, esp. with what’s going on with support for Kavanaugh from the Dean and faculty. |
No. They haven’t investigated these claims. |
Murkowski has political cover to be a no.
The question is if Flake or Collins or anyone else is going to be willing to join her. If Flake seriously want to take Trump on in 2020, then he should vote no. |
True. That’s not what I asked. I asked, did they consider it? And say no... |
What did you make of Flake's one minute comment? |
He clearly said he would. |
Murkowski is a probable no. Flake could kill it in Committee. |
The republicans are getting a brutal payback for holding up Obama's nominee a year ago when most of the republicans on the committee refused to even meet him let alone schedule a hearing. At the same time Feinstein sitting on the letter for weeks is atrocious. Releasing it after the hearings had already taken place should be a crime. They had plenty of time to investigate it without giving out Ford's name. Sure it could have been leaked but we would have avoided this fiasco. Why not have them both take polygraph tests? Yes, they are not 100% reliable but this is he said, she said with two very credible people. Someone is lying or someone is mistaken. |
Grassly did the same thing - his intro, while Dr Ford was sitting right there, made me want to puke!, |
Idiots. Should've used a phone. https://www.rawstory.com/2018/09/computer-house-offices-attempted-edit-wikipedia-entry-devils-triangle-match-kavanaugh-claimed/ |
