I think they have both lied and massaged the truth.

The main question is whether he abused her. I think she proved that by the preponderance of the evidence. Take away the photos (let’s say they can’t agree whether they were doctored), take away his and her statements (bc they conflict on major points), take away her alleged abuse of him (not really necessary for the question as to whether she was abused by him), take away the dueling therapist experts….you’re left with witnesses:

Who said “women?” I said AH wasn’t believable today when she had a crying voice, no tears, is an actress by trade, had horrible mirror writing (which I think she clearly lied about claiming drop must have been talking to himself and then erased the part of the msg that made her look like she wrote it bc she did)- and verbal tirades, clearly lied about things (let’s start with donating and pleading being the same thing), etc. so while I’m sure she’s upset with the threats and vitriol from the public (which I think is true), I do not believe she was actually crying. Do you not agree that she lied about some things?

I don't. She,or any woman for that matter, does not need to shed tears but she also doesn't need to act like she was crying. It just came off as fake. And the way she was able to quickly switch from the emotional, weepy, abused Amber when questioned by her attorney to the argumentative and aggressive Amber when questioned by the opposing lawyer and then immediately revert back to the helpless Amber with the quivering voice on redirect.

Elaine, whom I know - and she is a nice person, and the defense lawyers were also “nasty”. It’s part of cross examination. You’re asking a witness, who is there for The other party, ?s to poke holes in his or her story. You don’t do that by being sweet. You do that by being aggressive, well prepared, and asking good, non objectionable, leading questions.

this. I'm shocked at the number of people that hate her because of what?? She's not as famous? What happened to believing the victims? I think they are both abusive but even if she wins she will lose because people hate her. it's crazy

I believe Heard was abused (but also lied about some stuff); I also believe Depp was abused (and is likewise lying about some stuff). Hard agree about the drunk couple comparison however. I’m hoping neither of them win anything.
