After his cross country trip? 5 days? Who paid for this? There’s something here.

I agree. This is the most unexplained aspect of the whole story, to me at this stage. Seems really random...

Was he going to put the body in the storage unit?

I would love to get a better understanding of why he flew back to empty a storage unit in August. That just seems so random. I cannot imagine embarking on a cross-country trip in a van and midway through the trip needing to return home and close out a storage unit. I feel like there’s something there that we are all missing

It’s bizarre to me that people think that he would have chosen to die by animal attack, exposure, dehydration, etc. over suicide. Handful of pills or dad’s gun and it’s over quickly.

Why does a 23 year old unemployed kid even need a storage unit? I thought they sold their few possessions in life to finance their trip. So weird.

Not everyone’s parents are willing to store their stuff. ESP if the parents move. Not defending him, but it is not in and of itself sinister. I had one in college for 3 years because my parents expected me to make my way to/from college on Greyhound.

Dr. Phil is interviewing Gabby’s parents today. Watching it in the background as I work

In the 36 months you paid for storage you could have bought a car and trailer to haul all your stuff! What were they teaching you in college?

Gabby spoke to her parents after his flight back to FL. They also have her on security footage leaving the SLC hotel where she stayed for the 5 days he was gone. I agree him flying home was shady and suspicious, but she wasn’t dead then.

My assumption has been that the unit was paid through the end of August and he needed to clear his stuff out before September.

Okay but didn’t he know that before he left? Also, cheaper to add a few more months of storage than fly RT from UT to FL.

I'm not the pp you are quoting, but where would you park the car and trailer (and no--3 years worth of storage fees would definitely NOT pay for a car and trailer?)

One of my best friends in high school was "homeless" except for his dorm room in college. His parents were divorced and while he lived with his mom in high school, as soon as he went to college she sold their townhome and moved into a 1 bedroom apartment. During breaks he slept on pullout sofa in the living room. He just got rid of any "stuff" that didn't fit in his dorm room, but maybe some people are a bit more attached to their things and get a storage unit in situations like that.

What if the 5 days she was alone in the hotel while he flew home, she decided she was better off without him and tried to break up with him when he returned?

When Dah graduated college, everything he owned in the world fit in his car. Every time we’ve moved as a couple/family, he reminds me of this fact.

I thought about this, but it would be such a strange time to breakup especially since they both lived with his parents and were so far from home.

I have read that the reason that Brian Laundrie flew back to FL to empty out his storage unit was because he + Gabby had decided to extend the amount of time on their road trip & that they needed extra money.

A PP brought up a good point saying how a RT flight ✈️ was likely to co$t more.
The Laundrie’s attorney stated that both Gabby AND Brian financed the trip which seems irrelevant to me unless there is something going over my head on this….??!

Anyway, it seems Brian’s parents have not left their home for days.
(I wonder how they purchase their groceries, go to the pharmacy and/or make post office runs??)
Brian’s Dad was seen once yesterday opening the screen door of the home to retrieve a package 📦 that was delivered to the house.

Dog The Bounty Hunter’s estranged daughter is publicly stating that her Father is only investing himself in this case for publicity/relevance purposes.
She is not convinced that he is really concerned about catching Brian at all.
