lol yes so annoying!!! yesterday they listed lots availability also, then removed in the afternoon.. I am assuming they are playing the pricing game depending on what folks with VIP appointments are doing ... My appointment is tomorrow and I hope to get clarity in what is happening |

can you please give me some advice on what to look at during the model room tour? What sort of upgrades? I have never worked with a builder before? If the builder is offering granite, do we have to upgrade that...etc? Please give me some tips...We have an appointment soon. Thanks! |

You should get a real estate agent if you don't already have one, who will be able to help guide you through this. Most everything in the model will be upgraded--take a look at the "included" features list to get a sense of the base package and then ask to see pictures/samples of the base options. You can look at the structural options online. For "design" features, you'll upgrade based on levels. For example, there will probably be 3-4 options for the "base" granite in the kitchen. At level two, you'll get more color options as well as perhaps a silestone or quartz option. The higher up you go, the more options/expensive materials you can select from. Same deal for floors and cabinets, etc. |

| Looks like their VIP sneak peak appointments are all booked up over the next couple weeks. So, if you have not yet filled your pre-approval application and submitted it, you're looking at early November to be able to tour the homes. |

I would just ask them to give me most of the upgrade that they have in the model home. Their models are always very nice and I hope it is not because they use the most expensive options on them |

| We had a great visit. Put down a reserve on a lot. Interest is high for sure. Quality of finishes looked good to me...certainly not an expert, but everything looked nice. That said, almost everything was upgraded. They do provide options pricing and base options information. Very nice folks working. |
