He was offered a Cooperation Agreement, which are agreements that are offered to criminals. He accepted, since he's a criminal, but he didn't really provide much help to the government. Nonetheless, they weren't going to argue for an increased sentence. Up until he went full Sidney Powell.

No. The whole thing was based on a false attack. Russian Collusion. Catching him in a lie (which the FBI originally said was not a lite) was the only thing they had on him. But, that would have looked silly--especially after they got him fired. Cooperation was an excuse to act like they were being altruistic. The people on the Mueller team should be investigated. It appears they withheld exculpatory materials from Flynn. That is illegal.

Yeah, everyday actions is when the NSA is being paid hundreds of thousands by a foreign government. And lies about anything and everything, to anybody and everybody. That's everyday, nowadays.

The Rafiekian trial fell apart because Flynn didn't cooperate. The reason he asked for a 2 year extension on his sentencing hearing was because he didn't have much actual cooperation to show, not much to warrant a reduced sentence. He still doesn't.

The Stone warrants show that Trump's campaign was awash in foreign influence. Illicit foreign influence. Flynn was a part of that.
