He was offered a Cooperation Agreement, which are agreements that are offered to criminals.  He accepted, since he's a criminal, but he didn't really provide much help to the government. No.  The whole thing was based on a false attack.  Russian Collusion.  Catching him in a lie (which the FBI originally said was not a lite) was the only thing they had on him.  But, that would have looked silly--especially after they got him fired.  Cooperation was an excuse to act like they were being altruistic.  The people on the Mueller team should be investigated.  It appears they withheld exculpatory materials from Flynn.  That is illegal.[/quote]
