Because of lack of responses on this anonymous message board? LOL. Sure thing.

No, because of the absence of a roster or coaching slate.

As for the PR campaign, you're not fooling anyone.

More like your troll campaign continues. Same tactics over and over, they are hard to miss

Now I say show the roster and coaching slate. I'm right about that too. I would love to be able to come back on here and say that has been solved too. For now, it's all a big secret. Transparency is the answer.

Let’s try it this way.

I click accept and you don’t click accept. I then email the coach and ask “who is on the roster?” Will he be able to tell me your DD is on the team?

That's fine. Email the people who accepted with whose on the team. Anything other than nothing.

Are you asking the same thing of other coaches who have offered your DD a spot?

Yep, other clubs can tell me who is on their roster. If MU says rosters will be released to players who accept offers by Friday, that's fine. Dragging this on forever isn't professional.

If MU gave you an offer and you are beyond your 48 hour window you are the one who is dragging things out, not them.

I’m still waiting for the email from George to be posted.

Troll hasn’t asked because the story must be phony.

BS - you are trolling. If you emailed or talked to the coaches you would know more.

Those other clubs you mention are done with ECNL and DA tryouts.

MU still has several more ID Sessions this week. There is no way they know the rosters yet. They won't know Friday either because even if they make immediate offers after the Friday ID Session the soonest they would know the roster is Sunday.

I need to know because I can't wait until all other options have tried up. And I know I'm not the only one. We are already late as a club to be doing this. Let's all be honest. Most of the roster will comprise current players. So release the roster for the players you have.

If your kid is really talented then her options will never dry up.

Maybe. I've already been given extensions. But I won't drag this out forever. I wanted to give MU a chance to be different, to change. They have to show a sign. Townhall meetings are just words.

You are the only one dragging this out. Exactly who being on the roster is going to suddenly change your mind one way or the other.

Turn the offer down and move on if you have other options that are more clear to you.

PR campaign is its on form of troll. It badgers and belittled anyone who says anything other than everything is wonderful. You can't bully anyone into silence. When the roster and coaching slate is out, then and only then is it enough.

We are returning. But I guess that doesn’t help on an anonymous board - which seems to be everyone’s point. ? I’ll be happy to answer what my daughter’s status is at Lake Fairfax tonight if you just ask me!

Thank you. I hate to be that parent that runs up to everyone and asks. What if I ask a parent that didn't get an offer? It would be so much better if they would say. I would take a very light roster and a "we are still filling spots, here's what we have". How they fill it will tell me so much about the direction of the club.

My daughter wants to stay so we are staying. We were given an adequate answer on the coaching situation for her age group, and as far as roster size goes, I’m comfortable believing what I’ve been told on planned size. If it turns out we were lied to, then we know for the future.

+1. We are the same. Re coaching, I believe the only uncertainty is in a new hire who in theory would be working with the youngest age group(s) -- if you are 2006 maybe it's relevant. If you are older, I don't think it is.

No instead your the parent who bitches on an anonymous message board instead of just asking the coaches directly or parents directly especially when you have been told here multiple times to either ask the coach directly or the parents directly. Exactly what results did you expect here?

At best coaches send out a “final” roster in a greeting email. Naturally they only send that to those who have accepted an offer.

What I have never known any club or coach to do is to send a partial roster or a roster of rolling acceptances which is what the PP seems to be asking for.

Do you honestly believe you are entitled to be updated as soon as other people have come aboard?
