PG country schools are closed tomorrow. I would be surprised if MoCo opened on time. I am guessing closed.

Highly unlikely. Taylor got a lot of flack today for closing. With the county being done with the roads they're responsible for, it would be hard to justify another closure.

Hopefully the clawed back message means they’re very close to be able to make an announcement that they’re opening on time, but they’re just awaiting confirmation that the final school properties have been cleaned, and until they get the confirmation, they’re leaning towards a delayed opening.

It’s a tough call. My kids and I would certainly be happy to have them err on the side of safety.

Sure but if they clawed it back, it is just as likely that as they were posting they got a call from someone (important person, facilities person) saying there'd been an accident or safety issue that made them reconsider.
