I reflected in 2016. Trump didn’t deliver on bringing back manufacturing jobs or dealing with the opioid epidemic.

Biden has made progress on both fronts.

I’m no Trump advocate, but this bs is why we lost. Mortgage rates have been rising -again- for the last 7 weeks. And the Fed hit pause today since the markets are on fire. Mortgage rates are going up because bond yields are going up. Bond yields are going up because of our debt and deficit. They started rising before the election because Harris was proposing $3 trillion of extra deficit spending and Trump was proposing $10 trillion of extra deficit spending.
