Odd not much support for option E, and two members even put forward option D over option E.

I missed that. Who supported D?

Dixon was alone with D. She made a fantastic point, even though I won't do the way she was trying to solve it.

I thought the student member, Post, said he thought D was best, but put forth E to a vote as a compromise.

How is B6 divided again? Can't make out the dividing street.

GONNA BE REAL AWKWARD FOR WOODLEY GARDENS IN BEALL NEXT YEAR

I don't think many Beall parents took Woodley Gardens parents quest to stay where they are as a slight to Beall. It really had nothing to do with not wanting Beall. It was just about staying where they are.

Quest to stay in CG could have gone much better without posters saying " Don't send our kids to over crowded Beall" when CG itself is 129%.

Otherwise no one cares what WG wanted. Anyway, no one is going to treat WG differently due to history. It's a part of Beall now.

Rose Petal Way, i.e. the Rose Hills and Rose Hills Falls subdivisions. So that those homes/streets that face Montgomery Ave stay at Beall.

B6 has two areas and not connected by any road. That's a divide for this.

But that is hardly an insult to Beall..and it happened before the build out to number 5 was added which changed all the numbers.

It is insult because Beall was 133% and CG is 129%. Shell or anything had nothing to do with all this. You had to be in Beall PTA meeting to see how it was taken. It was a stupid way to argue for remaining in CG even if no insult was intended. Anyway, doen't matter. CG is a part of Beall family and everyone should move on.

There are 8 BOE members, but more than 8 sitting around the table. Are there folks who get a vote even though they are not on the BOE?

No, only the BOE votes. The others at the table are various staff who have helped with the process and are available to answer questions.

So, initially, there were 4 votes for A, then 2 votes for E (or something like that), then 5 votes for B. So, a couple of people voted for more than one option?

I am a Beall parent and I understand their thinking..and I will welcome them to Beall.

I’m wondering if CG3 people will come here and talk about how the community is being destroyed.

Or how about people talk about the horrible injustices that have happened to WG? First they lost their ES and had to go to CG back when Roosevelt was President and now they have to switch to Beall.

Yes, some members voted for more than one option. I think some members didn't vote at all, but I could be wrong.

CG3 parents really have not been here commenting much. Only people complaining about them..
