And now she confesses to writing the oped in front of the jury? Wowza.

Paul MacCartney's ex wife, Heather Mills did this. I'd link pictures for you but don't know how. She also imitated his gestures to the crowd - a thumbs up on extended arm. He did it once and then she was doing it every day. Another total disgrace of humanity, that one.

“Total disgrace to humanity” because she also gave a thumbs up?

You are mental.

No darling. The thumb was just circus. What is a disgrace to humanity is Heather Mills claims she gave 80% of her money to charity. It was found she gave Zero. Similarly, Amber Heard said she had donated her divorce settlement in it's entirety to charity
and it was found that she had not. So that's pretty disgraceful on both counts. I don't think you could disagree with that.

AH is a grifter.

Yeah I think she looked lovely and came across as really very sweet. I was surprised how high and girly her voice was - but that's probably partly distortion from being processed thru zoom then on tv / YouTube etc.

Yep, she was talking about how abusive he was but got away with it because of his celebrity status, then she said that's why she wrote the Op ed, so if that Op ed wasn't about Johnny, who was it about then?

She's batshit crazy. I hope the jury see's that. As a survivor of domestic abuse it's horrible she's trying to claim it.

Doesn’t actually matter if she’s crazy. I don’t think they proved the op-Ed caused a decline in his career. That’s what is on trial.

+1 he was so dysfunctional before the op-Ed, even if the timing was close to Disney dropping him, just don’t think it can be proven. And it doesn’t matter that there was mutual abuse, only matters that witnesses can attest to his hurting her and facial/arm bruises. And the stans’ vicious trolling of her (ie celebrity status enabling his abuse) is also clear. He may only have wanted to drag her down into the professional gutter with him, but don’t think he wins.

Oh right in your mind this case is the only domestic violence case. IIRC Weinstein, Cosby, et al are in prison with much less evidence than Heard. #metoo

What facial bruises? The ones that miraculously disappear the next day thanks to make-up even though she didn't appear to wear any make-up that day?

No it's not. The words in the Op Ed are what is referred to in the law as "defamatory per se." He only has to prove the elements of defamation, not damages. Damages are presumed if the jury finds that Depp proved the elements of defamation. Therefore, he doesn't have to prove that the Op Ed caused a decline in his career.

Ok, I don’t think he’s done that either

The ones her impartial marriage counselor and former makeup artist reported seeing. Keep up.

No pictures? that's surprising after everything else that she has managed to document.

+1. It's bizarre how they ignore anything bad about him.

NP. Not just bizarre but deeply disturbing! They are ripping apart a woman for what? For not taking it and being perfect little housefrau but standing up for herself when she could? This is such a disturbing reflection of our society that truly, truly shows how we women are treated like objects and have not made much progress when it comes to out rights. Add the abortion laws and we are basically chattel in 2022.

What is disturbing is the fact that you blindly assume that any time she attacked or hit him it was merely in defense when all of her words and actions say otherwise.

Oh give me a break, you narcissist! JD has always been violent, and still is violent. She just dared to hit back.

She is the kind of person who:

Lies under oath, repeatedly (and this is proven at this point).

Spits at people (not her husband) who anger her.

Defecates in someone’s bed.

We all know the word DCUM reserves for people like her. Make that ‘T’ a capital.

He is the kind of person who:
lies under oat, constantly (add to that fakes he doesn't remember anything)
Hits people, recorded on video and is in a lawsuit for that right now. See above: lied in court about never hitting anyone in his life.
throws bottles at people, passes out drunk and drugged and we only have his word about poo poo. And his word is worth nothing, he is a narc that lies all the time. he has no idea what the truth is anymore, as all narcissists do not.

Heard is not the one who initiated the lawsuit, and is not the one who demanded that cameras be allowed in the courtroom. There is someone in that room who wants to get another 15 minutes out of this, but it’s definitely not Heard.

Yes, she just called paparazzi to document everything else up to this point (TRO filing, divorce filing, etc) up until this point. So happy that TMZ employee exposed that nonsense. Can’t really blame Johnny at this point for wanting cameras in the courtroom so that things can’t be twisted by AH AGAIN.

She did what a victim of narcissists' abuse has to do. Because he lies and runs smear campaigns.

But she's denying under oath that she contacted TMZ

Although I have never been a fan of JD (didn't care for his role as Jack Sparrow for example), I can totally believe than the Op ed affected him career and money wise. I have never heard of AH until Aquaman and I have trouble agreeing with her claim that her career was on the rise and it was on a similar path to that of Jason Momoa ot Gal Gadot, I know she was in Aquaman but I can't honestly remember what she did in the movie. She was forgettable as Mera.

During the court proceedings, I just found JD more believable. With his slurred speech and stuttering and his unwillingness to look at her, he was able to bring out a vulnerable side that is often associated with an abused person. By contrast, AH displayed confidence (sometimes too much) and her tears didn't seem very genuine. She sure didn't give me the vibes of an abused person. Maybe both of them were coached to act the way they did. I just think JD performed better, maybe he was just the better actor.

Right? How delusional is that pp? Snickering, smirking, laughing, what an abuse victim!

I just see it as a defense mechanism against blatant lies. Sometimes, there is nothing you can do but laugh it off. Also, you gotta admit some of the defense testimony was nonsensical like that psychiatrist who based his opinion of JD on his characters in movies. The Pro Amber will not see it and just chalk it up to me being a fangirl

Well you are. You are clearly picking and choosing the evidence that suits your own bias. He is a nasty narcissist, that must is clear with anyone who has half a brain. I hope you are proud of being his flying monkey.
