Do Todd should be required to perform blood tests on any woman who is miscarrying to detect if she's used drugs, alcohol, or nicotine so she can be prosecuted for murder if positive.

They should also be required to report all miscarriages for further investigation. If she's previously expressed regret over being pregnant, she can be prosecuted.

Pharmacists should report any woman who fills a prescription for misoprostol.

These can all go into a database for cross referencing a data mining. If a woman is more likely to be in a situation where she's more likely to want an abortion .. ie. Multiple children already, poor, student, teenager... that can be used to determine who should be investigated further.

So basically take away all of a woman’s rights to privacy. Got it.

So according to Georgia law it is a felony to unwittingly harm a child so even just the act of having a miscarriage is a cause for arrest if you define personhood to a seed week blastocute /fetus. I'm not sure if you would be arrested in the doctor's office or they would let you recuperate from bleeding or d/c before being arrested.

Undoubtedly with the discretion of the law enforcement and judges most likely they would prosecute poor and vulnerable women for the crime of having a miscarriage

It’s a stupid question because a canister of fertilized human eggs is stored in a special containment device that nobody would have access to.

Show me what clinic has 5,000 fertilized human eggs sitting on a counter and 3 year old roaming about screaming?

Here’s a real scenario: you are pregnant and want to finish your degree. Do you have your child and put it up for adoption and finish your degree, or do you kill your own child and finish your degree?
