Since school started, we have done the "your age = the number of guests." It was never a problem for either of my kids to figure out. I supervise a group of grade 2/3 kids. So far, all them have had "your age = the number of guest" parties.
I'm not going to force ds to invite kids (boys or girls) that he has nothing to do with at school. All a moot point. OP has stated that her son thought he was invited. |
