Now that the IG report is out, Biedleman can challenge any attempt to fire him based on the IG’s findings because he has employment rights through the agreement between MCPS and MCAPP, the administrators union

So one investigation found he did, while another said he didn't... It sounds like a difference of opinion, but regardless, his guilt isn't clear-cut or beyond doubt.

Well, that first investigation was the one noted in the later Jackson-Lewis investigation where dates and findings were changed by MCPS administration.

Wait, so McKnight promoted the guy who did the investigation and then oversaw the team that went back and doctored the results of the investigation in order to make MCPS look good once it faced media scrutiny?

No evidence suggests the results were doctored. If you can't remain objective, please just stop posting.

Go back and read the Jackson Lewis report. Clearly states the report was changed. Even their own lawyers said they messed up

That's not what I read. In fact, I thought it was the other report that they had misgivings about.

Not crazy about all this drama but that makes sense under the circumstances.

Here’s the doc for you to read and a summary from WaPo about the fact that investigation results were in fact doctored:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/education/2023/10/13/beidleman-investigation-mcps-tampered/

“Jackson Lewis also found that a central office employee tampered with the Beidleman investigation.

After the social studies teacher filed her complaint, the district’s Department of Compliance and Investigation launched an inquiry. A first draft of its report found “a preponderance of the evidence to support” at least one of her allegations, according to Jackson Lewis. That draft was submitted to MCPS supervisors June 12, the same day that Beidleman and other finalists were interviewed for the Paint Branch principal job.
Approximately a month later, one day after The Post filed a Maryland Public Information Act request for Beidleman’s personnel file, a central office employee ordered a change to the draft report “to reflect that there was not enough evidence to substantiate” the social studies teacher’s claim. The revision took effect July 12 and was finalized by the Office of General Counsel on July 21.“

Sounds like Jackson Lewis is not a reliable source because they are making these accusations to support their preferred outcome without any real evidence.

Why would Jackson Lewis, the firm with a long-standing relationship with MCPS, prefer to accuse MCPS staff of tampering with the investigation?

Shhh. Don’t let the truth, common sense and facts get in the way of the trolling.

If I were to guess, the progressives want to push this politically correct narrative.

With all the pain and trouble that Beidleman has caused, I hope that he goes broke with legal fees fighting what will inevitably be a losing battle for him. The culture of the school district has got to change so that staff who harass and bully others will be held accountable more quickly.

This is such an odd line of argumentation because, in addition to being false, it actually makes the BOE and superintendent sound more crooked than they actually are.

Keep holding on to this one thing you love to cite and we'll let the years of abuse by Beidleman that have been evidenced in investigations dwarf your remark.

I will hold on to this one thing like you are holding on to coming on this board everyday and being a stalker and thinking that his lawyer doesn’t know who you are…

Good one, Joel. Have you been drinking? Just a simple question, that's all.

Whoa, wait! The social studies teacher who is accusing him of harassment sent him nude pics?

of course she did… It was in the latest report. You think a man would allegedly harass a random teacher for no reason for years and she never left the school… as well as they were both married. Let’s move on… This is a clear case of a woman scorned…

Joel, there were numerous other complaints from numerous other women who were not in consensual relationships with you.
