Do the clubs share the roster before a decision is made? Or is it based on chatter only through the girls? Went through this w/ my son and not looking forward to going through this w/ my daughter now.

KJ will fight to keep those girls together on capital. Anyone else who wants playing time needs to go elsewhere. The girls are overrated but try telling KJ that.

Wasn't that part of the agreement when they left Pride in prep for Capital?

Anyone know why BLC was not at Lax For the Cure or Summer Genesis Origins? Saw a few of their teams played in a random tournament in Connecticut against weak teams I have never heard of.

BLC tryouts were last week. Their 27s played at LFTC as they final event of the season.

Seems there would be certain kids who want this atmosphere where certain girls who will always feel they are the "stars" or the "pride of DC" would prefer another. A club can handle playing time differently but they should share their strategy up front because not all onboard with both.

Not sure its quite equaly but everyone plays. Probably close to 60/40.

There is no "I" in team but there is with them.

Is the concern mostly about team play, playing time, or something more? A few posters seemed to comment on the possible 26 team dynamics - can anyone share more?

There are certain girls on 26 that are not team players -- at all. So, is it even worth bring on that team with these girls.

Very cliquey. Best thing would be to split some of these queen bees up. Some of these girls have been told they were better than they truly are their whole lives. My daughter never played for Pride butthe horror stories we've heard about the Pride girls is awful. Good luck to their coaches. Selfish play at its best

Add in the stars queen bees who Kj now owes bc they left pride, and good luck. No chance to develop and thrive on that team. Chosen few will shine and the rest will be miserable. If you play defense it is likely fine. Forget offense unless you want to be on sidelines next 4 years

Defense will be shady too. There are a handful of girls that are soooo overrated it's not even worth talking about. Big heads - small hearts.

Wow. Glad my child isn't a 2026. Sounds like a bunch of drama. Hopefully tryouts where things up a bit but doubtful.

Are we talking capitals team? That's already settled due to the politics. 1/3 stars bc of KJ, 1/3 Pride bc of rivalry and 1/3 randoms. Pride will get a lot of the stars overflow

Just so we're clear.....PP has no personal insight but they, as a lax parent, choose to bash Pride anonymously. Courageous.

Sorry your DD didn’t make the team. Better luck next year.
