Nathan Phillips, man at center of standoff with Covington teens, misrepresented his military history
“I’m bummed. I’m definitely disappointed,” said a man who had advocated for Phillips. https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2019/01/23/nathan-phillips-man-standoff-with-covington-teens-faces-scrutiny-his-military-past/?utm_term=.cf7a023549b9 But the incident also has led to scrutiny of Phillips’s service record after an organization representing him, the Lakota People’s Law Project, described him as a Vietnam veteran in a news release and numerous media reports identified him as one afterward. Several, including The Washington Post, have since issued corrections. |
are you talking about the Parkland kdis.. yes, they have received death threats for almost a year. Sad. |
Definitely the butler. Always the butler. And with the candlestick in the library. |
And, the Diocese had to evacuate after receiving a suspicious package. |
Do you have time to answer, now?... |
It makes you wonder but he’s definitely an Native American. His arrest records are factual as well. Anything else, who knows? |
Hownwill my private voting record change the fact that Phillips has lied? |
What kind of name is Nathan Phillips for a Native American, anyway? Definitely a Jewish name. |
His enlisted record shows he had another name at that time. He enlisted under Nathaniel Richard Stanard, an “adopted” name, according to the DD-214, but his birth name was Nathaniel Phillips. |
Answer? You are obviously stalking me and wish to know my personal info. How is my vote your interest and how does it effect the facts that Nathan Phillips has lied, has been in civilian and military jail? Does my private vote determine whether these are facts to you? |
DP here. Go away. You're annoying. |
Maybe you have limited experience? Sorry for that. It is a parochial school, controlled by the diocese and supported by a parish. It is not an independent Catholic school. An example of an independent Catholic school in the same area (NOT parochial) is Summit Country Day School in Cincinnati. Tuition 22k (9-10th) and 24k (11th-12th). My ods came close to going to an independent Catholic school and the curriculum and religious education is very different in those from parochial Catholic schools. Comparing DC prices to Kentucky/Cincinnati is the big difference, and then parochial vs independent. What grades a school has is not related to whether it is independent religious or parochial. |
Four years enlisted and no promotion at all. Still the same rank he was when he joined. That tells you everything you need to know about him right there. |

Difference is, is those kids inserted themselves into the public eye while the Covington kids had the crooked media do it for them. |
