This is why I don't believe the prosecutor's story that it was a big conspiracy by BB. He would had to use CB's phone multiple times, including the day of the incident. People don't download encrypted messaging apps, unless they are trying to hide something. And Telegram has disappearing messages, perfect for hiding an affair.

BB's number is also not on Telegram, so if you are going to claim he downloaded the app on her phone, why didn't he test it out on his phone first? If he's planning everything, it would make sense he would test out the app on his phone. Also the telegram app was on her laptop. So he would have had to use both her phone and laptop without her seeing any notifications from the telegram app. Not impossible, but highly unlikely.

So according to some posters here, BB is some incredibly smart techno-mastermind, who also somehow didn't realize that gun purchases require background checks + leave public records, that buying a gun right before shooting someone is extremely suspicious, and that gun ranges keep visitor logs?

I strongly feel there are more simpler and reasonable explanations.
Whatever happened during this tragedy, I think it was unexpected, unplanned, and chaotic. And I don't agree with all the slander and pre-judgement.

Also regarding the phones:
BB pre-orders his new phones, and does this on a regular basis. I remember him showing it off on his birthday. The data and contacts were transferred over. He unlocked that phone for the police.
BB's IRS phone can be unlocked by the IRS if the police request it. BB cannot give the password away.

I only got a sneak peak at some of the details because I saw the initial search warrant that was left behind by the police and saw the master bedroom after the police released the house. I did try to support a friend after a tragic incident as much as I could. Afterwards he was pretty depressed/shocked, he didn't sleep much at night, stopped going to the gym, and lost about 20-25 pounds.

I thought he was getting a bit better, then AP got arrested and we all found about that. Then he got depressed again and I was afraid he would actually kill himself. If anything stopped him, it was his daughter.

Guessing she is a current or former AP. Who is not a neighbor but stopped by and gave him a birthday gift in front of his wife.

Yes, this is what LE meant when they said it didn’t “sound like her“. They didn’t mean her talking about sex wasn’t what her friends and family were used to from her. People were trying to debunk LEs claim saying there’s no way they knew what she would be like in a private setting, but they won’t referring to pillow talk!

BB's plan all along was to smear JR and CB in death and divert attention from HIS and AP's murdering them with lurid details.

He orchestrated a "scene" that would do so and now his flying monkeys and AP's lawyer (paid by BB) continue to do so. They screech "whore" and "trash" and try to devalue their lives. Remember that they are DEAD. In a house BB and AP chose to bring a 4 year old into while they did it. And whore and trash are also descriptors of those still alive, no?

The degree of vitriol and desperation are tells. Those posting know he's going down eventually. Maybe not for the highest level charges, based on what can be proved. But neither will walk and AP will be deported. They snuffed out 2 lives and have ruined their own.

Prosecutors and LE are focused on BB's & AP's killing them and are not distracted by F&tlife details. Where it matters, BB's ruse is not working.

I hope the child is able to have some kind of future and is able to form attachments to healthy people due to the good start her mommy gave her.

Joe and Christine should still be alive. BB's contempt for laws is still on display with his repeat speeding violations, he doesn't think rules apply to him. He has ended 2 lives and ruined 2 more. He is monumentally stupid. Why so many women would be willing to have affairs with him is a mystery to me. Shame CB did not leave him after the first.
