Fairfax County Double Murder

Wow. As someone with a clotting disorder myself, I can say with 100% confidence that CB would never have asked for knife play. No way.

Poor CB. Imagine her fear at this entire scene. Her thinking she was really being attacked by JR, watching JR get shot, and finally to be brutally stabbed by her own husband as the AP watched on. How horrifying that must have been for her. I almost wish she had been drugged so she wasn't aware.

Trying to imagine the vibe in that house, over the holidays, with them actively plotting and scheming to kill her, over months. Poor Christine. No wonder JR may have seemed kinder. I am in camp CB agreed to BB's wishes for a scene to hang onto him. She knew of prior affairs and had to feel him pulling away and spending time with AP as a threat. He wanted this to happen around his birthday and she went along.

Horrifying indeed. And perhaps why they gave her just a bit more time to bleed out before the final call.

Whoa. That would seem significant.

Compared to 2 dead people? Not so much.

This may be where BB's schemed a bit beyond his intelligence.

I hope she was drugged. The horror of it all is staggering.

She should have left after the 1st affair. BB is a monster.

That poor child.

I think JR and CB were likely in on SOME of the plans for the scene. Just not all of them or the real motivation. That mix also creates more confusion re: facts which BB planned to play to their advantage. So the convo and photo in bathing suit and negotiation re: old pjs perhaps was CB. Knives was between JR and BB/AP, etc. There may even have been a script agreed to re: BB walking in on them and a knife and gun, but obv. not shooting or stabbing. So JR and CB would not know anything was "wrong" until too late to react. Still think the "celebration" of BB's birthday may have involved drugging her as a means of control.

I think the biggest difference between posters here is that people who know BB think he may have done it, but may not have; and people who knew JR and the majority of people on these forums know for a "fact" BB is guilty.

I'm a friend of BB, the one whose posts got deleted a few months ago for mentioning BB's daughters name. I still lurk, just don't post.

I can confirm BB went to McDonald's often, and he was a tech nerd who loved to show off his toys (phones, teslas, etc). He also enjoyed listening and learning about your new gadgetry. As a guy, we just generally like techy stuff.

After CB's death, the entire bedroom had to be rebuilt. To stay busy BB also remodeled his bathroom (I think by himself).

To the best of my understanding he is still getting paid by the IRS and he has taken up a handful of gig jobs to stay busy. The gig jobs also explain the speeding tickets, as one of the jobs was doing uber/lyft, etc. It probably does mean he's under tremendous LEO scrutiny and they are most certainly observing/watching him to lock him up.

The first phone call came from the basement, not the bedroom, and it was the second call where you can hear Joe in the background. I imagine BB asked AP to get the second gun so she could keep it pointed at JR while he administered aid to CB.

CB and BB were in open relationships, I don't know anything about c*cking, but I can confirm for 10 years through mutual friends that they have both been unfaithful. So it should be no surprise that CB was on some sites. Fetish sites though? I don't know, she seemed pretty vanilla but you never know what gets people off in the bedroom.

Getting a new phone and going to a gun range are very normal things for BB to do. Bringing the AP with? Maybe because he was having an affair, maybe she just wanted to learn to shoot, who knows. Maybe it was to get her to train to kill.

Now, all that being said, I still am very on the fence about if he did this or not. There is a part of me that thinks he did, because why would he bring AP/daughter into the house? But besides that, the timeline seems somewhat realistic to me.

BB gets a phone call from AP about an unknown car in the driveway and CB is not answering. He goes home, and tries to assess if CB is with another person. AP calls police, but doesn't know if anything is wrong and hangs up. When he goes inside the bedroom all pets are off. According the bond hearing AP heard BB screaming put the knife down and she ran to the bedroom.

All of this seems plausible, but I don't know the motive from JR, but that doesn't mean there wasn't one. Doesn't mean it wasn't setup from BB or, maybe, AP set the entire thing up.

Let's say AP wanted to get CB & BB divorced, and didn't know that CB was also (knowingly to BB) having affairs. Maybe she is psychotic and thought somehow, given that everybody knows that BB is extremely protective over his family and was a LEO, maybe he'd draw his gun on someone with a knife to his wife which would put an entire scenario on red alert. Maybe it was never her intention to get someone killed, maybe it was to get them divorced in some sick, twisted, stupid manner.

The truth is we don't know what happened. BB isn't saying anything, which is what his lawyer told him to do day 1. "Don't say anything to anyone"

I have both CB's and BB's number in my phone. I also have telegram on my phone. Telegram has the annoying habit of sending out notifications whenever someone in your contact list joins the app. You have to use a phone number to make an account.

2/19 I got a notification that CB's phone was used to join telegram. I didn't think anything of it at the time.
2/24 Is the last time CB was seen on telegram, which means the app was checked the day of.

I took the following screenshots shortly after everything happened:

https://imgur.com/a/pMDu8ld

This is why I don't believe the prosecutor's story that it was a big conspiracy by BB. He would had to use CB's phone multiple times, including the day of the incident. People don't download encrypted messaging apps, unless they are trying to hide something. And Telegram has disappearing messages, perfect for hiding an affair.

BB's number is also not on Telegram, so if you are going to claim he downloaded the app on her phone, why didn't he test it out on his phone first? If he's planning everything, it would make sense he would test out the app on his phone. Also the telegram app was on her laptop. So he would have had to use both her phone and laptop without her seeing any notifications from the telegram app. Not impossible, but highly unlikely.

So according to some posters here, BB is some incredibly smart techno-mastermind, who also somehow didn't realize that gun purchases require background checks + leave public records, that buying a gun right before shooting someone is extremely suspicious, and that gun ranges keep visitor logs?

I strongly feel there are more simpler and reasonable explanations.
Whatever happened during this tragedy, I think it was unexpected, unplanned, and chaotic. And I don't agree with all the slander and pre-judgement.

Also regarding the phones:
BB pre-orders his new phones, and does this on a regular basis. I remember him showing it off on his birthday. The data and contacts were transferred over. He unlocked that phone for the police.
BB's IRS phone can be unlocked by the IRS if the police request it. BB cannot give the password away.

This is really interesting info thank you.

One thing though- you don't have AP's phone number.... they could be using hers instead of BBs.

He could have even told both women to download the app for safety (or some other reason) in case of emergency.

I actually do. It’s not on telegram either.

Do you still talk to him? What does he tell people?

Birthday gift friend are you a guy or a woman? Butt buddies suggests guy but could be wrong.

I see your point and I still debate whether he did it or not. It’s surprising for me that he’s working for Uber.
One thing, though: I was in court for the hearing. The call where you can hear a man moaning in the back was the first call, not second. First call that had 3 seconds.

Thank you for the great insight, PP. I 10000% agree. Everyone has their own theories and opinions based on all the reports that have come out but ultimately, no one knows what happened except 4 people, 2 of which are unfortunately dead, one is in jail and one is not talking.

If the first call had 3 seconds of a man moaning and the second call was 10 minutes later, what could BBs explanation be???

Don't think JR had a motive and AP would not have had the ability to set all of this up on her own. She could not even keep her Am Ex card paid. I think it was more likely a joint project, realistically.

Had it not been, BB would have told her to keep child out of the home and call 911 from outside, the car or a neighbor.

What? AP's lawyer, paid for by BB is talking PLENTY. Aggressively trying to set the narrative in a way that may have little to do with what happened.

That BB is driving for Uber is a bit shocking. I'd refuse the ride.
