It sounds like normal childhood nattering that unfortunately some parents buy into.

Hey, guess what all of our kids say about us on occasion? Not always the nicest things ("Mom and Dad favor Jonathan. They let him do whatever he wants!"). Not everything kids say is accurate -- quite a lot is not in the sense that it reflects how THEY are feeling much more accurately than objective reality.

LOL. You have no credibility when you "quote" a child using the word "favor." What a riot.

You think kids around here don't know the verb "favor"? LOL.

If we took a survey, you are damn tooting that most kids would say, "Mom and Dad like Jonathan better!" You are ridiculous.

Please try to sign up your child for vocabulary enrichment classes ASAP, so that (1) they can complain about you in a more nuanced, evocative fashion; and (2) you save them from one day in adulthood using "damn tooting" in a sentence.

Lol!! The funniest thing are the nuts who keep posting about a school for children. Get a life!

I disagree. My post is a comment on the posts. Not some drivel about the meaning of "favor" and whatever points people were trying to make. Hilarious and a little pathetic.

Keep telling yourself that, Petunia.

Oh, yeah, you're different.

Snort.

Different poster. I am actually enjoying the sidebar argument about vocabulary as opposed to whiny backstabbing posts about elementary school teachers.

(And have to agree that the poster who says that other people who post on the thread she is posting on are pathetic is . . . Maybe not so self-aware? Or just a jerk. Or both. Yeah, both.)

PP, can always count on the WES threads for entertainment.

Yup, things are gettin' bad around WES. Rumor has that there will be only one 2nd grade class instead of two next year, and there was another thread about hiring teachers without education backgrounds.

Does your dropping the "g" in "getting" make your post more authentic?

Nothing will change at this school unless they get a new Head of ES!!!!!

Do five exclamation marks make one's point to get across five times more likely?
