I’m generally an optimistic person, but I think last week the endlessness of the pandemic hit me really hard.
Perhaps it was the start of remote learning for my kids that the reality has set in. I’ve been down this week, any positive uplifting news that we could be heading in the right direction?

I feel like you took the words right out of my mouth. These are my feelings exactly

Feels endless... but then I see this thread and I'm filled with hope. So I am very thankful to all the contributors!

Me too. Remote learning has me really down, and I’m a fortunate parent who has older kids and I don’t have to help them much at all, but it’s just so disappointing to me. So I really appreciate the positivity in this thread!

Wasnt there also some recent positive results about the healing effects of stem cells - meaning their ability to reverse some of the more serious damage?

I'm having a hard week too. I don't have any specific news but please know you aren't alone. I'm crying on my keyboard.

Yes same here. Hoping for more positive news this week... And hopefully we can reopen and resume to normalcy soon.

Not sure if this helps you, but sometimes just getting enough rest can relieve stress and help us feel rejuvenated. If possible, try getting 8 hours of sleep and/or a quick nap during the day... You might feel much better
