But it is a medication that's been used for a long time so it is pretty well known, and it isn't crazy expensive like the HIV drugs.

My wife works in bio research. Lots of labs are working their asses off to find a vaccine — I believe that they will.

I also hope that the coronavirus inspires anti-vaxxers to learn more about how vaccinations work for the majority of people and why we have them to build herd immunity.

It’s made me happy to see how the scientists of the world have come together to share data and help each other. And in a way, many countries have worked together in a less politicized way to help each other (not withstanding Iran!) but thinking of early pledges to help China, etc.
