Basically on Sussex.com there is a statement describing their security requests and comparing their request to security provided to other dignitaries. Essentially they are acting like their only conflict with the royals is about security and are ignoring their backstabbing and name calling toward the royal family. They are professional victims it seems.

Agreed- and I think this is one of the reasons the RF doesn't talk about anything too personal with the press (amongst other reasons). It just takes on a life of it's own and it's almost like they feel like they have to keep talking to "fix it." But everything they say makes it worse. "Never complain, never explain" is a thing for a reason. All of this may have turned out differently if they could have just put their heads down and ridden out the bad press from "Megxit." I don't think they can ever fix things with the King, and certainly not by using the press. Certainly Harry knows this. It is baffling why he can't keep mum.

I don't think this is correct. If this was the reason all rich and beautiful celebrities would be hated. The reason people don't like her is because she reached the status of a working member of the royal family, and all she did was complain. Then she left the royal family and claimed to want privacy but has continued to claim royal ties and try to make American status of being a Duchess when we don't have royal titles iinfluences.

The problem with that is that no one cares about members of the royal family who are not actually in the institution. The magic is in how the work together and present themselves to the public on special occasions. They do not shill on Instagram and do interviews with influencers. That is low level social media influencer behavior unworthy of the royal family.

Well how come the other rich and famous people seem to like her and want to be her friend? If she was truly so terrible surely there would be others of her same class who would shun her.

This is inaccurate. She's been shunned by several notable people. She tried to get near Kevin Costner onstage at a benefit and he moved away from her. She was also left off the guest list for birthday parties of Obama and Bezos. Allegedly her PR firm was told to keep her occupied to prevent her from trying to crash the Bezos party. So they shipped her off to that dumpy film premier in the Dominican Republic or Haiti.

Who cares? It was a crappy movie premiere in the Caribbean. Meghan wore an evening gown and everyone else had normal clothes. It was actually comical how pretentious they were.

Harry and Meghan are entitled yes but..Charles is a billionaire and many of Harry’s problems are a direct result of Charlie’s behavior. He should personally pay for Harry’s security and do it even if he is upset with him. Also Charles need to do all he can to reunite his boys especially if he is dying. What a crazy family.

If he is indeed terminal it is probably taking most of his energy just to stay alive. He has a good reason for not wanting to deal with people who have caused nothing but grief the last few years.

Harry is a 40 year old adult and has to take responsibility for his life and his actions. He is a head case and his wife is a narcissist. How come William can function normally but Harry cannot? They were raised by the same people. I think the answer is that William chose not to dwell on sadness about the past and try to make the most of his life. Harry chooses to be a victim and that's on him and his wife who indulges it.
