He will sue a crap out of you. When he grows up.
He is a kid, remember?

Do you even understand the basics ofmhr law? Besides, this
Kid won’t sue. He hired a crisis management firm to spin a bunch of lies that sheep will listen to. And when he grows up, he will probably be on the Supreme Court like the other recent public example of white, wealthy, entitled Catholic kids.

Just a gentle reminder....

These boys didn't. The picture was from 2011. It's a shame that SJWs are trying to link this photo to these boys, regardless of what you think about it.

They're getting desperate. They also dug up some elementary school photos.

In the meantime, they continue to defend the Native American, and why? Because he's a minority. It doesn't tmatter that he's a criminal, a liar, and an instigator. The "other" side is a white kid from an affluent family who is pro-choice, so he'll be condemned regardless.

I'm glad the student kept his cool and didn't take a swing or initiate something violent. (He obviously has the strength advantage.) Instead, he remained cool and collected throughout the whole thing, even signaling his friend NOT to insult the N.A.

If you are referring to this child's apparent physical "strength", you're wrong. While I agree he demonstrated some strength of character, based on subsequent footage of him, he appears to be pretty scrawny.

He is an activist. He is a provocateur. He is a fraud. He approached the teens in order to make a scene.

And, then, he takes his group to the National Shrine, attempts to disrupt the Mass, and issues "demands" from the Catholic Church.

And, he goes on NBC Today and continues to lie.

This interview just angers me. Guthrie did a horrible job. She essentially made excuses for him.
Did she ask HIM if he believes he owes anyone an apology? Did he see his own fault in any way? No.
Did she ask HIM if he thought it was a good idea to do his chants where he did? No.
Did she ask HIM if he believes him approaching these students might have been perceived as aggressive? No.
Did she ask HIM if he could see where the students might find their actions threatening? No.

I don't believe a f'ing word he says.
And, NBC truly shows its bias in these two conflicting interviews.

I am not defending him. I think there was plenty of blame to go around and that pretending these kids didn't also behave poorly is gaslighting.

They behaved less than ideally, but it was typical behavior of teenager boys. In fact, I think the response to their bigoted instigators was mild. The behavior of the N.A., otoh, was much, much worse. To try to draw a parallel by saying "well, everybody was bad" is just the liberal insistence of not placing the blame for encounters on a minority no matter how deserved it may be.

DP, here. I was really appreciating this reply until you inserted the insult at liberals. I so wish we could get beyond name calling and debate issues on their merit.

The entire original narrative was a fabricated lie.

Based on the facts that are co.ing out, along with Phillips behavior since, he created this moment to get to the Catholic church. Shame on him for ruining these kids lives.

What lie? The kids were acting like douches.

The kids did not act like douches. Given the circumstances, they showed incredible reserve, particularly the main kid.

If they had not been wearing MAGA hats, every liberal on DCUM and twitter would be applauding them for trying to drown out the racists shouting about sodomy and calling them f*ggots.

Agree. I'm actually impressed with the main kid. He showed a lot of maturity to just stand there. He also signaled his friend to "cut" the insult - which is quite mature considering black guys just called him a cracker.

I'll remember his name. I hope he gets a fine education and becomes a successful professional with a rewarding life.

He will. He has already been embraced by our local community, he will be accepted into a KY state U, and his parents and social network will help him land a great job. Seriously, don't wring your hands for this kid.

Oh look - an adult from that community. Why do you let kids act like that?

Are you living in DC? You know I’m DC kids are worse, right?

I'm leaving because in the first week one teacher had his arm dislocated by a student while another suffered a broken hand. They threatened to rape a female teacher after work. One of my students was arrested in my classroom for fighting another student for "looking at him." That same day, another student was beaten unconscious in the classroom next door. The students intentionally threw laptops from the laptop cart to the ground, shattering them, because they "didn't feel like reading." All of these students are still enrolled. At most they received a two or three day suspension and returned with new shoes, new hairdos, and a new lore among their peers.
They sit in the classes on their phones, they gamble, they throw chairs and flip over tables in what our administration writes off as "attention seeking behavior" and all throughout this someone comes in to informally observe us and tell us how shitty of a job we're doing. They don't suspend or expel, because the goal is to reduce suspension numbers this year. I call parents everyday and, while a FEW apologize and say that they'll try to speak with their kids, the majority say something along the lines of "that's your problem," "I've washed my hands of my child," or "don't call me again."

I substituted once and the several kids were smoking crack in the back as soon as the PowerPoint started. Others have ear buds in. Some sleep. It’s awful

But he smirked, PP. you won’t get a response here or it will be deleted

This information is posted on the dcum home page from the perspective of a teacher from the DC schools and why she was leaving her job.

The DC folks here have a lot of nerve and are willfully ignorant to attack a kid for smirking when the kids in the DC community are straight up thugs, rapists, and violent in the school system.
Anonymous
And I know DC residents and posters know this. They are enabling a violent generation and the posters here are NOT sending their kids to these schools in DC.

They’d send their kids to Covington Catholic before they’d do that. And they know it.

Here are Guthrie's words to Sandmann...,

"There is something aggressive about standing there. Standing your ground. You both stood your ground. And it was like a stare down. What do you think of that now when you think about that moment."

Let's recall that Phillips came up to him. Yet, she never asked Phillips if he could see how a man chanting and banging a drum approaching a group of teens might be perceived as an act of aggression.

You're welcome. You ARE a reasonable liber.....oops, solutionist.

I especially liked that you've thought about this from a different angle by "switching the colors" around. Your example is a good one. I would bet that fair-minded people would (rightly) defend a black kid who did nothing other than give a slight smirk to an older white guy who got in his face and said to go back to Africa. (The Native American said something like that to the white kid about going back to Europe.) What has bothered me about this entire episode is the inordinate blame placed on the white kids, specifically because they are white (can't control that), an affluent home (can't control that), and pro-life (entitled to his opinion).

It's nice to engage with someone like you. I've been called some horrid and unfair names on these site by liberals, and that probably accounts for my hostility. I've got to remind myself not to lump everyone together.

Your world is much bigger, PP, than those of many posters on this forum.

We moved our kids out of a "good" system b/c as insiders (two-teacher HH), we saw the system imploding. A smirk is a joke compared to what I've seen, yet the posters are offended. It cracks me up and makes me grateful that I know the truth.

a smirk - so cute!
