OP I was in a sort of similar situation. Eventually the spouse found out and also found out I was on the trip. I haven't seen the spouse since. The couple stayed together despite the affair but it really hurt my friendship with the spouse. So beware that the spouse may blame you.

Yeah if my “ friends “ were hanging out with my spouse and the AP and chose not to inform me and act like they were costarring in a dramatic movie would be done with them and my spouse. Toxic people have no place in my life.

Yes I would be friends with none of these people. I don't need "friends" that would chuckle at the implosion of my marriage. Poor moral character all around.
