Your real worries should be around the high school age range. PK acceptances should not be a real worry because there are so many choices and reapplying next year is always an option. Don't be more worried than your child. DON'T BE MORE WORRIED THAN YOUR CHILD. |

They haven't yet but I am assuming no news is bad news from all the posts here. Maybe we will be WL. My daughter loved her shadow day at Holton and we felt a little more at home there. We get the huge perk of going to NCS which is why we applied but my daughter was extremely closed-up about her day there. It wasn't bad, it wasn't good. She kinda just walked out and said okay. Not sure why the one poster doubts it but it is true. |

| I was assuming my daughter was not even on the wait list at GDS since we received no email yesterday. She was not accepted, but I just received a letter in the mail today that says she is on the wait list for 9th grade. I guess GDS sent out wait list notifications to some people via email, and to some via snail mail. This just gets more and more confusing....Anyway, congratulations to those whose kids got in where they wanted to! |

When we applied and got waitlisted we were told our child "tested young". And then we compared with other parents at our preschool and they had similar letters. |
