So my phone rings and I get all excited as I answered it, and then I hear "Hello, I am a certified engineer at Microsoft calling about your computer . . ." in a thick Indian sounding accent. I was so pissed (this is not the first of these calls I have received) I yelled at him and hung up. Still waiting to hear from Holton.

I got you beat .... My phone rings and I hear "Congratulations........ <pause> you are eligible for a timeshare.....". Pissed is an understatement!!
