Gay man who adopted a child: Ask me Anything

I wouldn't have any problem letting my daughter sleep over (assuming I had met you, knew you a little hit, or knew your daughter pretty well)...

Do you smoke pot?

Will you allow your daughter to drink in your presence (underage)?

Did you vaccinate on schedule?

How do you discipline?

He didn't answer ..."Would you allow your daughter to spend the night at the home by a woman raised by a lesbian"

Is it because OP didn't see them or because he found them intrusive, offensive, etc?

It was because I wasn't sure I understood the question. Would I allow my daughter to spend the night at the house of a girl whose grandmother is a lesbian? Sure. Why would I care what sexual orientation someone's grandparent is?

Your daughter is 16. Can she spend the night at Molly's home. Molly's mom is a lesbian. Can she go?

Same question but Molly is a lesbian now. Can she go?

Of course to both. Just because Molly is a lesbian, it doesn't mean she's attracted to ALL women. I mean, if you're a straight woman, you're certainly not attracted to ALL men, right?

What is the hardest part of parenting alone?

What kind of car do you have? Are there crumbs around the carseat?

1. It's in flux right now - my career just shifted dramatically. I have projections, but will have to see how things shake out. 2012 broke 200,000 from my job. Earned some more from interest in a trust.
2. Never being able to tell someone else it's their turn and not having the extra pair of hands.
3. Don't have a car, but if I did, there'd be no crumbs.

Nah, not really. It IS on purpose that I didn't answer the kinkiest thing I've done.

Kim Z. Or nene?

1. no, but i've been to NYC's gay pride weekends.
2. neither. they're both horrible in different ways.

Thoughts on Ryan Seacrest and David Beckham?

1. Nah, we're just gay.
2. The truth is I don't like to speculate on people's sexuality too much. For some, sexuality is fluid - they're attracted to the personality of the person, and the person's gender is irrelevant.

Sorry - not going to kiss and tell. But no animals (or asses) were harmed in the kink.

1. I did, in high school, and a little less in college.
2. I don't know. No idea what kind of teenager she'll be. Maybe once she's in college? We'll see.
3. I'm having my daughter do delayed vaccinations.

When you hear some homophobe blathering on about how gay parents shouldn't be allowed custody of children, how do you manage to avoid punching them in the brain?

Do you believe Dustin Zito when he said he wasn't gay?

Sorry...I meant Molly is a lesbian and your daughter's girlfriend.
