He got Mexico and Central America to agree to take back illegal immigrants, which is way more than Harris has done as “border czar.” She laid out the red carpet welcome mat for illegal immigrants.

There is no "agreeing" to take back your citizens; they are sent home and their home country has no say in the matter.
