Manic episodes are NO joke. |
Where did LARPing come up? Is that like the hotwife stuff? Not sure what that means in this context? I would assume that the au pair had the child with her if something had been planned ahead of time? It was a big house and I imagine she had a suite in the basement. Remember the Robert Wone case? The downstairs roommate/tenant would be asked to crash elsewhere from time to time per reports of that tragic night. That was a much smaller house. Same idea tho. |
Agree seems very odd to do that in your own home with a child on the premises despite au pair.
Did the DH worry about his clearance and think doing such things in hotels or clubs was riskier? If the Reddit poster was correct, it was planned ahead of time, not something that started at a club and got taken home. I guess you lock the door? |
It was his birthday- not strange to ask the au pair (who lived there) yo keep the daughter with her for a night so they can celebrate. |
Re Larping- Maybe that’s why that said she was stabbed- an accident? It may not have even been a knife/ could have been a sword, etc. maybe that’s why au pair describes the situation as her friend being hurt? |
“We know what our 911 caller — the husband — told us, but, but we have a lot, a lot of work to do to substantiate that claim,” Chief Davis said.

Where is LARPing coming in? Link? I thought she was under duress and ESL? None of this seems accidental to me. |
ESL? Not the wife. On Reddit a friend said he was into LARPing and had mentioned a cuckholding situation he was getting into. That would suggest he was involved with the wife not au pair. |
I thought LARP was like the renaissance games but video game themed?
|
Yes, live action role playing. The source said he’s in LARP, MMA (martial arts) and websites for dating married women. |
I’m way too naive to understand some of the theories I guess. |
Right, but the au pair's choice of words was likely impacted by stress and ESL. Off to look at Reddit. Wonder what kind of LARPing, like D&D or Rennaisance Faire? |
Can someone pls quote the comment re: LARPing? I see the one about dating married women but don't see LARPing and am curious. Wonder in what sense? |
LARPing in general is kind of like Renaissance Faire, kind of like acting out storylines and sword fights and stuff in real life. Like D&D but instead of sitting around a table you’re actually out in a field or wherever attacking the monsters or what have you. |
PP who knew Joe here.
Yes, I knew him through LARPing. We play with padded foam weapons. |
