Uh - you realize the irony here right??

Yeah, I don't know anyone who is cancelling. We (and everyone we know) are all systems "go." We're going to have a great 4th!

Exactly. The 1/3 of each generation who have been murdered.

Just wait until a large portion of that 1/3 of unwanted babies comes back as criminals. I know, I was born in the late 60s, at the tail end of forced birth.

We're still doing our low key celebration on the 4th, but since the criminal wave will begin just as we plan to retire in our 70s, we will be toning down celebrations to save for protecting ourselves in our elder years.

You don't understand this country at all.

.

+1 from another first generation American

Seriously, leave. Move to Europe, which is always the DCUM bolthole when it comes to the “I’m leaving this country” crowd.

Go. No one is stopping you.

Although I doubt you’ve familiarized yourself with abortion laws in most European countries if you think Europe is your ideal destination.

Whatever….. just go. Go, and stay there.

Seems good to me. Even Ireland legalized it recently.
From Wikipedia:
"95% of European women of reproductive age live in countries which allow abortion on demand or for broad socioeconomic reasons.[1] The exceptions are Malta[3], Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Andorra, and Poland, where abortion is illegal or severely restricted.[4][5] The other state with existent, but less severe restrictions is Monaco:

I would not be quoting Wikipedia on this subject.

What's the error? What other countries are on the list? Don't just say information is bad without providing concrete facts.

In the UK and the Republic of Ireland it is still very difficult to obtain an abortion. Keep googling. You will find the answers.

Seems to agree with this report
https://reproductiverights.org/european-abortion-law-comparative-overview-0/

It’s misleading to refer to “abortion on demand” without also mentioning the time limits in place, the mandatory waiting periods, and other applicable requirements in effect in many European countries.

I will freaking take it over the crap that is going down in some states here where there are laws prohibiting it even in cases of rape or incest. Please take several seats.

Doesn't seem like that here. I lived in the UK for years- they are in a better place regarding womens' healthcare wise than here. And they have lower rates of maternal mortality

No we aren’t, immigration is actually really really difficult. You can keep being a brainless lemming but the rest of us can think critically about our country and government.

But no room for immigrants.

They were not babies, otherwise you would bury and baptize miscarriages

Lack of patriotism? *eye roll*

We never do much for 4th of July but might catch fireworks this year. Still debating.

We buried our miscarried babies and they were given sacramental rites.

It is odd that you assume that the 1/3 of the babies will be criminals. Why not saints? Why not courageous leaders? Why not great thinkers or great mathematicians or great scientists who discover the cure for cancer? That's my hope. I don't think that the aborted babies were criminals, I think they were going to be our world's saving grace and you guys murdered them.
