They say it is too dangerous of a drug because of all of the epidemic of overdoses in Mexico and neighboring countries

You are joking, right?
If this was indeed the cartels posting these signs, which is not clear at all - it is telling anyone else to not traffic fentanyl because THEY have the market on it.

It is just so precious that the PP thinks the cartels are now looking out for people. Wow.

Wow, amazing that you think the epidemic of fentanyl overdose deaths has anything so hilarious and full of lols about it. 🤦‍♂️

The cartels don't want fentanyl trafficked because it's killing their customer base for other drugs. A dead customer can't buy drugs. Apparently that's too hard for you to understand?

If any of you are serious about fentanyl then you need to support an increase CBP's ability to man ports of entry and to screen and inspect container ships. It's weird that Republicans oppose that. They seem unserious about fentanyl even while claiming it's part of border security.

What's amazing is that you don't realize people are laughing - at YOU. Here's an eyeroll - for YOU.

DP... Amazing you think fentanyl deaths are something to be laughing and eyerolling over.

Unreal. Deport those who are currently here illegally and shut down the border. JFC.

There it is. He's upset that there are too many brown people.

Amazing you think anyone was laughing at fentanyl deaths, rather than the usual insipid poster. Oh, and nice sock puppetting.

It's also mind boggling that Republicans have been opposing any funding to increase the numbers of hearing officials and immigration judges to speed up the processing of migrants, given 80% plus of them do not qualify for asylum and could be deported / sent back once that assessment is made. But instead they end up in limbo status, with a 2 year deep backlog, leading to "catch and release" and other things - its almost as though Republicans want to make the crisis worse with their dumb policies. Republicans have been opposing that going back to Obama.

*crickets*

Also: Flashback to Gym Jordan declaring one of his first acts if he were to become Speaker would be to completely eliminate all funding to CBP for "processing migrants" - well they need to be processed to be deported, bucko.

Republicans brains are broken.

They need to not be admitted in the first place.
This administration is a joke when it comes to border security. And, we are all suffering as a result.

Only a matter of time...........

Somehow I doubt you have personally suffered anything as a result of illegal immigration. More likely, you have benefitted.

Those who make the journey to cross the border, on the other hand, know what suffering is.

Have some compassion.

If you don't like it, rewrite the laws and get it passed with a coherent majority. Oh wait, you can't even get a coherent majority within your own Republican conference.

Someone explained how the GOP shot down increased judges to deal with the influx, even though that would get an absurd number of people processed and returned to their home countries asap. The GOP likes this problem. You fools don’t understand that you and your bigotry are being used against you.

Aww, someone's triggered over being spotted

Seriously, tho - you're mad about Biden allowing in millions of people yet you refuse to do anything about changing the laws that currently allow them to show up and legally ask for asylum and require us to put them through the process, and likewise you refuse to do anything about providing the resources to help filter out the 80% plus that aren't eligible to come in so that we can send them back the way they came. Nor do you want to fix the visa laws to legally allow in the people that you want to hire to work in your kitchen, on your building maintenance staff, your groundskeepers, your meat processors and so on. Why is that?

Haven't been on this thread for days and now you wanna call me a sock puppet. Hilarious. You seem to be in some weird and deep denial of the fact that more than one person might be disagreeing with you.

Because they love hating on immigrants. It’s their greatest joy, up there with mocking gay people and shaming women. And they have zero self awareness about it.

I see there are still people thinking it’s all good and there is so much benefit from all those millions flowing in. It’s so cute!

Truly shameful.

Vote him out. Our country cannot take another year of this, let alone another 4 on top of that.

NEW: Since CBP began mass paroling/admitting migrants into the country in January via the CBP One app at ports of entry, CBP reports nearly 278,000 migrants have scheduled appointments via the app, w/ the top nationalities being Haitian, Mexican, and Venezuelan.

Parole status makes them eligible to apply for work permits. Parole status lasts for 2 years, then individuals are supposed to leave the US unless they get an extension or some other form of legal status.

The Biden admin has granted hundreds of thousands of paroles since 2021, despite federal law mandating it be granted only on a “case by case basis” for “significant public benefit” or “urgent humanitarian reasons”.

ICE does not have the resources or manpower to find & remove all of those who stay past their legal authorization - on top of trying to find & deport those who crossed the border illegally.

CBP sources tell us most of these individuals are now here to stay.

But, but, but… they contribute to the economy! You are against brown people! You love hating on immigrants!

Wow, so many ASSumptions by you, all of them 100% incorrect - as usual.
