But, then again, we're both pro-life and want to see Roe v. Wade overturned.

So you are ok with an ectopic pregnacy being forced on a woman, with the follow on internal eruption and death?

Misrepresenting the law doesn’t help your case. There is an exemption for the health of the mother.

But the exemption is very narrowly defined and there are likely fewer doctors who will take the risk etc. This is seriously burdening women's health.

There is no way a doctor wouldn’t intervene for an ectopic pregnancy.

In a Catholic hospital? Don’t be so sure about that.

Believe it or not, many will. And especially women.

Go to college with a whole bunch of pro birth fanatics if you want to. Of course they will be flocking to Texas.

Of course. We love Texas and there are several great schools

NOPE. The University of Texas is already trying to figure out how they will mitigate the lack of admissions. They are extremely worried. FACT. SMU and RICE as well.

Tech companies are now in discussions to be pulling out of TEXAS FACT again. They are very worried about getting talent.

You are sub human and just dumb.

"Baby Murder Bounty Hunters" Texas Republican Legislatures Full Twitter handles. They are coming for women what do you not understand? Why in the world are you ok with grown men hunting down women? They will not be stopping at abortion. Before this, they wanted the death penalty. That didn't pass, but they got this done, next women will not be able to own property in Texas. Yes, ladies mark my words this is where they are going.

I’m subhuman because I want to protect innocent human life? We’re truly living in an upside down world.

Don't impose your pro birth views on others. No one is asking you to ever do anything you don't believe in. Stay out of these decisions for other people.

As soon as you stop imposing your death sentence on innocent lives.

DP.. how about you pay for that innocent life you want forced to be born?

How about you pay for the therapy of a 12 yr old rape victim who you want to force to birth her rapist's baby.

How about you pay for the severely SN child that a single parent has to raise.

If you are good with raising your taxes to pay for all this, then I'm on your side.

Otherwise, stay the F* out of a woman/girl's life.

It's sad how you pro-birthers probably are against Afghan refugees because they believe in forcing child brides, but you have zero problems forcing that same child bride to birth her rapist's child.

Your priorities are f*up.

Those states can fight over attracting all the anti-choice tech and engineering and research talent...there is so much of that. Lol.

Healthy newborn babies rarely spend time in foster care in the US. There is no shortage of couples looking to adopt newborns via private agencies.

There will be a glut of unwanted babies if bs laws like this spread.

And adoption has a lot of issues. I know from experience as an adoptee.

Really doubt it will be huge. Abortion has been forced underground before and with this it just will again. People find a way to terminate unwanted pregnancies and it no one's business. The affluent will leave the state and the poor are in the back alley again.

Great.

Now you need to get the permission of the women and girls who would be their surrogates. If they're not willing to go through 9 months of pregnancy, and then labor and delivery, then it's not a deal. Maybe if you advocated for states to pay $$$$$ to women to give birth it might convince some. Pay all their medical expenses. Pay for all their maternity clothes. Pay them sick leave for when they are sick. Pay them unemployment when they are fired because they were out sick too much. Pay them maternity leave and pay for PT / nutritionists / gym membership so they can recover something of their bodies, and pay them $$$$ for the use of their bodies and the fact that they will never be the same after giving birth to a child they didn't want to carry in the first place but were forced to. Offer that and you'll probably start getting more babies for the couples looking for "healthy" ones.
