Exactly and there is so much evidence.

Gym Jordan hung on one sentence from one witness. That is all they have.

All the GOP wants is one absurd argument to play on Fox News for the rubes over and over again.

Any more is not necessary.

New GOP talking point repeated by Mark Meadows, Eric Trump and Stephanie Grisham is that the hearings are “boring “. They are hoping that the public actively chooses to remain uninformed

However, there was no substantive point made.

What Jordan did will sell well with the base and some moderates.

That was the high point for gop today.

Jordan was outstanding; do the Democrats have anyone who can grab the attention of those watching? It sure as hell is not Schiff who is the answer to insomnia.

Then maybe Pompeo, Mulvaney, Perry and Guiliani would like to testify before the Committee to clear things up.

If I try to murder someone from the back and do not succeed, am I guilty of anything?

Yes, attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder are crimes.

So if I try to murder someone and police gets a whiff of it and grabs me from committing the murder - its still a crime. So, how does the GOP propaganda convinces the voters that Trump's attempt to murder our Democracy and "law and order" is a-okay if he did not succeed and potential victim did not know?

That actually seems like a pretty solid game plan, given the facts we have about the American voting public.

Is this merely for entertainment value?

What is the simplest explanation here?

GOP voters are dumb. They are dumb, and tribal, and thinks politics is a football team where they have to support their “team” no matter how destructive they are.

Like it or not, the reality is that you have to hold the interest of viewers otherwise it is a waste of time.

Does your attention live some other part of the body (than normal-thinking people) that Jordan could grab? I know what grabbing your dear leader promotes.

Not everyone is addicted to snorting adderall and monster truck rallies. This is stern stuff.

Ratcliffe is saying that politicians never lie (by omission or otherwise) on camera?

That is the gop defense????

They are praying its just enough to sway the mal informed, but it just keeps getting worse. Thank god for Goldman, he is doing a tremendous job under who knows what kind of pressure.

I have a question: how does Jim Jordan have the gall to appear in public? Not just for supporting Trump?
Anonymous
God, I can’t stand Ratcliffe. He’s a screamer like Jordan. Both interpret a two second delay on the part of the witness to compose their thoughts as acquiescence to whatever outrageous claim they are making. But they’ve got their sound bites for Fox, and that’s all that matters.
Anonymous
And turner has his sound bytes too.

This is pathetic. And it will probably work.

Are the viewers insomniacs? No.
