Jim Jordan just laid out the GOP argument:

-There were 3 meetings w/ Zelensky where quid pro quo didn't come up (2 while Zelensky didn't know aid was held up)
-Aid released and no investigation happened

Ignores all evidence of Trump endeavoring to use aid to get investigation.
