What? Did you miss the name CHEN on the list of parents? Yeah, sorry - no pass for you. In fact, I-Hsin “Joey” Chen paid $75,000 for this company to fix his son's ACT test answers. So stupid and lacking merit. https://www.justice.gov/file/1142876/download ---- Defendant I-HSIN “JOEY” CHEN is a resident of Newport Beach, California. LOL! |
No, many Asians (especially in HK and mainland China) cheat like crazy on US college admissions test. Google it—big cheaters! |
761 instances? And the advancement route is "ten times as much money." |
[b] ASU is a known school for partying and not so serious students. Have you been living under a rock? |
I think the two actors, however, will suffer int he court of public opinion. I'm sure their industry colleagues, who have kids who applied to schools without cheating, are not going to be that supportive. Same thing with any fans. |

There have to be a TON more celebrities involved in this. I wonder if they'll try to nab people retroactively? |
Another kind of bribery. |
Lori Loughlin is big-time in the Christian, holier than thou community. She is going DOWN. ![]() |
Why not? I mean others are cheating too, right? The Kushners, Trumps....why not the Chens? |
I'm not from around here, so I wonder if someone can, please, enlighten me. Doesn't the coach report to the athletic director, and, most importantly, don't they need to produce results in their sport? If you admit kids who don't even play your game, who's going to compete on behalf of your school? I can -- sorta -- see how in a team sport you can always claim so and so was injured and was benched/replaced. But for an individual sport, like tennis, in a preppy school like Georgetown? Plus, when you apply as an athlete, don't you have to submit proof of your athletic accomplishments (official tournament results, ratings, etc)? Baffling. Utterly baffling. |
Worth noting Kushner's $2.5M was 20 years ago. $2.5M in 1999 is $4M in 2019 dollars. |
Doesn't matter. They submit their college applications. Wouldn't they know what score they are submitting, and if it's a superscore? |
O-M-F-G I KNEW IT!! Daughter #2 is dumb as well. And didn't even submit her own application, WTF? Plus she knew something fishy was going on. CHARGES!! ![]() |
