Meh, they got a new CEO who doesn’t love the brand and doesn’t like their customers. Cracker Barrel is what it is. Instead of playing up the kitsch, she’s getting rid of it. Dumb move.

Are you really in it for the fake Ivy leaves and old laundry soap signs? I literally look up every time I'm at a CB and think "do they dust all this crap?" That cluttered look is a strong choice and I suspect many patrons are there in spite of it, not because of it. Even so, it's not woke to renovate. This boycott is fake and hay.

+1 Anyone who has tried to offload their elderly parents’ belongings knows that younger people don’t like places full of old dark furniture and antique items - they prefer lighter, uncluttered spaces.

Also rebrands are about simplifying logos and other branding for smaller screens. No one threatened a boycott about this, right?

Or this?

Or this?

Not everything is about woke, FFS.

To keep it simple bedbugs like picture frames, and any wooden crevice as much as a mattress, do not ever bring this sort of thing into your house without taking precautions. If you think of your favorite restaurant with bric-a-brac on the walls, it's heyday was before the bed bug resurgence in the 1990s. Maybe you're a traveler who doesn't know this but others do, and people who run restaurant chains definitely do.

CB was woke before this. They sponsored all ages pride events and were pushing other leftwing causes in corporate. The decor change and logo change is called woke, as a thoughtcrime- the CEO and board is suspected of doing this because they hate the existing customers.

Anyone who cares about Cracker Barrel is stupid, so, yes.

A dying company with a dumb new logo, maybe part of some private equity bankruptcy scheme.

This the dumbest sh#t ever. You’ve fallen for Private equity’s ensh#tification of America.

Why did CB change the logo? Because it’s fast food. And why have all fast food companies homogenized their logos and store designs? Because it’s a modular real estate play centered on land banking.

Will someone explain to me exactly why MAGA is so attached to this particular logo? An old man next to a barrel? Is that how they all see themselves at 75? (Or do they not realize Trump will soon have them all over that barrel?)

You just sound idiotic. Since you don't care, why are you on this thread to begin with?
