Agree. How terrible to have had him for a president and to have him for a candidate now. A convicted felon.

Shocked. Never thought it would turn out this way.

Let's not forget Stormy Daniels. I can't believe a guy named Pecker and a former porn star led to the conviction of a former sitting President.

How will MAGA spin this?

OP here. I missed this by a day. The title should have been Verdict Thursday. FINALLY, Trump is held accountable for breaking the law to influence the election.

Rule of law supersedes any individual.

I don't see that as being a sad day.

The FedSoc Supreme Court is just getting started. Everything happening with Alito is evidence that rule of law is falling before our eyes.

They will come to Trump’s rescue.

I sure hope someone can protect those jurors

Why wouldn't someone convicted of 34 felony counts go to prison?

They’ve been doing it all along. Biased jury, conflicted judge etc. etc.

YESSSSSSS

+1. Unfortunately i have a feeling that this will help him with conservative voters. He will fight tooth and nail to win the election, even more than before. It may even help him get votes from people who would have stayed home otherwise but now feel they need to come out to defend him

I don't have much belief that he'll actually face consequences, but I'm still happy with the results.
I don't have much belief that his supporters will accept the verdict, but I'm still happy with the results.
