Is there a way that we can track the movements of people into neighboring counties that lack passports so that others can be warned about them? I have a fear that some ignorant people will avoid showing a passport by doing this.
Different subject, but in a similar vein, can we also take back any tax revenue spent in Youngkin’s VA by Marylanders? Not only are they endangering all of us with their callous actions, it makes me sick to my stomach to think that the idiots in Virginia may benefit from what is rightfully our money. |
This is great, thank you! |
[eyeroll] Yes, lets track them down and microchip, so that you can GPS track those very dangerous individuals. |
No. You can show yours or leave, as you won’t be getting served any food. Simple. |
You could build a wall. |
Any evidence for your Amazon claim or is it just the voices in your head? |
All businesses - not just restaurants - are covered in the Montgomery County proposal. They plan to check your Passport at the door (you and your children). No passport? NO ENTRY. |
LOL that is hysterical |
Grocery stores? |
This is far too much to ask of small business. They are not the enforcement arm of the government. |
That is not accurate this mandate only really applies specifically to bars, restaurants, movie theatres, and gyms mostly. They do leave it kind of open ended in terms of the councils ability to extend the mandate to facilities they deem necessary. Exempted are "essential" businesses (that would include grocery stores). Laughably, they do not extend the mandate to "big box stores" - just another indication of how much of a farce this authoritarian overreach is. Coronavirus is allergic to Home Depot apparently. |
sarcasm, right? |
DP I wish it was sarcasm, but I doubt it. I know people in real life who feel the same way that PP does. It is terrifying to hear the way people thing. |
That’s how is was early on! Two years ago, when this mess started. Big box stores stayed open because they were ‘essential’ but many small businesses were forced to close. It was a joke back then an this mandate is a joke now. Definite overreach and it shows no sign of slowing. |
Is that you, George Orwell ? I thought you were dead! |
