What was the final score? |
BI lost 9-10 |
Wow. Thought it was supposed to be a down year for BI. That’s a lot closer score than the DCUM experts predicted |
| Overtime game. Great game and too bad there was a loser! Congrats to both programs. |
Agree. Not as many D1 recruits on BI this year but Sofield is a great coach. As good as anyone in DMV |
| This game served as a coming out party for some of the younger BI players and an affirmation that the VT commit (who was playing hobbled) is one of the best players in the country. Visi is a very solid team, congrats to them on the win. They have a very mature and talented team with many D1 or future D1 commits. BI had 4 D1 commits on the field, a couple of D3 commits, and hung really tough and had a chance to win. That speaks volumes to the character of the team, the fact that they play like a team, and the coaching. The fact that SSSA, who could start 11 D1 commits if they chose to, lost to Visi by the same margin as BI leads me to believe that the coaching at Visi and BI is better than the coaching at Saint Stephens. |

17-11 Final - GC |
| How did the various ISL girls varsity teams do? |
| PVI beat SJC today 11-4. What’s up with the SJC program? |
| SJC gets talented players, but there's too much turnover with the coaching staff. |
Where do their “talented players” play club? I don’t think St. John’s has any who are on Capital or Pride. Not sure they even have any from MC Elite. |
They are actually mainly made up of MC Elite players. They also have a few young Capital players from the 24s and at least 1 2024 Hero's player and 1 Renegades 2024. Players don't want to go somewhere that the coaches constantly get let go. Even if the school throws a lot of money at them. |
