It's professors who are worried both about the tenure system - and also about the ambiguity and uncertainty about the new anti-woke standards. You're not running out all the gender studies professors - you're running out all kinds of professors who are worried that anything they do can be reported to some stasi board, and who knows what will happen.

Basically, in all departments, what you're going to be left with are professors who have no other options. Anyone who can get tenure in another state, will take that opportunity.
