professors are leaving florida - and turning down job offers in florida - because of desantis

And, to be clear, none of the professionals were *MAGA* pro fascist politically. They were just regular pre Trump conservatives.

If anything, there are probably now fewer conservatives on campus than there were Pre Trump, as Trump and the MAGAs have made them question where all this is going.

But until Trump scared them off, there were more. I'm still social media friends with many of them, even though I have moved on.

Exactly. Radical critical race theorists aren’t welcome in Florida. They need to go where they’re wanted.

Only 1,000 new Florida residents a day, Einstein.
Every single day.

For every crt theorist you turn away, you’ll lose another 50 who refuse to work where there is no academic freedom.

I don't think MAGAs actually understand studies.

You could introduce them to conservative college professors and they still wouldn't believe you.

Hopefully, more of the conservative professors will move to Florida.

Plenty of families moving there -- not just senior citizens.

There's no academic freedom anymore in most of our institutions of higher learning. Leftist groupthink has taken over campuses from coast to coast.

Sure. Who cares if the kids grownup learning that it is totally cool to oppress females. That is great life lesson and maybe it can ingrained and passed down to the next generation as well. So great.

The problem is, you all are using different definitions for the term "conservative"

MAGAs are not conservative but they have hijacked the term and ostracized actual conservatives who have tried to raise awareness of just how radical the republican party has become.

What you are calling "leftists" most rational people call "educated" - but you keep on with YOUR unenlightened groupthink.

Overturning election is not American.

The election wasn't overturned. Get a grip.

My bad. Attempting to overturn elections is not Americans. There were enough real American present to stop it.

Yes, exactly. Starting with the vast majority of Republicans in congress, as well as the VP.

Get a grip. These people don't have the guts to condemn DT for trying to overturn an election.
