Understandable. So have many other European countries.

She about to become pm of a g7 country.

Nothing was ever really handed to her. She “leans in”

Interesting that she isn’t being championed as a “girl boss” just because she has different political views

36 year old here. Girl boss is a negative term. Same as boss babe and others. It highlights a need to separate yourself in winner terms based on your identity as a woman. No man needs to say man boss or boss dude. It is self-aggrandizing. It is a cloak of feminism that hides two sides of it: those that actually start their own business (and are somehow special for it) and those businesses that catered to SAHM or underemployed women in MLM-type business. You work. Congratulations. On the other side of it, girl boss was the pinnacle of 1950s female plus 1980s padded power suit WOHM. An ideal of sexuality plus success rolled into a nice package that only reinforced the glass ceiling because you need to be a "girl boss" or "boss babe" to be successful. It became a walking SNL skit.

Nobody cares.

She's a fascist. That isn't laudable, no matter what her personal attributes.

So not wanting one’s country overrun by people from other places who enter your country illegally, consume resources paid for by citizens, become a burden on the healthcare, education and public assistance programs, and make no effort to assimilate into that country - that makes you a fascist?

Then I’m a fascist. I’m totally good with that.

+1. That may have earned an “A” in a feminist studies class at Oberlin, but in the real world it just sounds so insufferable.
