Because Biden of all people doesn't think others should necessarily be judged for poor decisions from 25 years ago. I do think he's concerned about whether she'd have his back, and he probably should be. But if the DNC presents unassailable evidence that she's the one who'll help him win (I'm not sure about that), he'll get on board.

Her poor decisions don’t end with Willie Brown. She has no valid reason for letting Steve Mnuchin and OneWest Bank off the hook for mortgage fraud.

I still prefer Demings. She actually has experience in a position of responsibility in the real world. Like Obama, she is also somewhat unique in being able to authentically appeal to both black and moderate whites. Being a police chief is a huge plus for most people who don’t live in CHOP. It would also be a string signal that Biden is not going to just the allow left fringe run things.

i trust greenberg over dnc and stu greenberg says warren...there's a reason why in 2015 biden approached warren and even phil reinnes (no warren fan) said the best person elecgtorally for HRC to pick was warren.

harris doesn't bring anythig demings wouldn't with way more baggage.

It should be either demings, warren, or raimondo.
